First in Malaysia to Feature the New Retail Brand Experience
Shah Alam, 15 October 2025 – Chear Motorrad has officially opened its new BMW Motorrad showroom in Shah Alam. The outlet introduces the first-ever BMW Motorrad New Retail Brand Experience in Malaysia. This marks a major step forward for the brand’s presence in the Klang Valley and reflects BMW Group Malaysia’s continued effort to upgrade its dealer network nationwide.
The new Chear Motorrad Shah Alam spans 540 square metres and replaces the former showroom in Puchong. With its modern concept, the facility is designed as more than just a sales point. Benjamin Nagel, Managing Director of BMW Group Malaysia, said the new outlet reflects the brand’s promise of a seamless ownership experience.
“Our goal is to make every stage of the rider’s journey effortless, exciting, and truly premium,” he said. “This new showroom goes beyond sales and service. It creates a vibrant space for the riding community.”
Dato’ Chear Kin Keong, Managing Director of Chear Motor Group, called the new facility a major milestone.

The new Retail Brand Experience brings a fresh and contemporary design. It includes a dedicated service reception and a coffee bar, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, the workshop layout offers 10 service bays for efficient maintenance, ensuring owners receive top-quality care.
With a team of 40 professionals across sales, service, marketing, and support, Chear Motorrad Shah Alam operates as a full 3S (Sales, Service & Spare Parts) centre. The dealership opens from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday to Saturday.
