Cyan Racing, the renowned Swedish touring car team, is entering a new era. From the 2026 season, the team will partner with Geely to build and race the Geely Preface TCR in the FIA TCR World Tour.
Stronger Partnership
This collaboration strengthens Cyan Racing’s long-term relationship with Geely. Over the years, the team has worked with Volvo, Polestar, and Lynk & Co. Christian Dahl, Cyan Racing’s founder, said, “We are excited to take on new challenges and compete with the best touring car teams worldwide.”
The New Geely Preface TCR
Cyan Racing is designing and testing the Preface TCR at its Swedish headquarters. The car is set to make its track debut early in 2026. The team aims to combine its technical expertise with Geely’s support to deliver a competitive car.
Moving On from Lynk & Co
Cyan Racing achieved major success with the Lynk & Co 03 TCR, winning the 2025 FIA TCR World Tour drivers’ and teams’ titles. Now, Geely will replace Lynk & Co in the World Tour, marking a fresh chapter for the team.
Looking Ahead
Fans can expect the first public reveal of the Preface TCR in early 2026. Cyan Racing will announce its driver lineup and season plans closer to the start of the World Tour. This partnership highlights Geely’s commitment to motorsport and Cyan Racing’s continued pursuit of excellence.
