Lamborghini’s New 101-Foot Tecnomar Yacht Makes Waves

A Supercar-Inspired Debut at Monaco Yacht Show
Automobili Lamborghini and The Italian Sea Group have unveiled their latest collaboration, the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT yacht, which made its debut at the Monaco Yacht Show. This 101-foot vessel embodies Lamborghini’s emphasis on performance, innovation, and striking Italian design, bringing supercar aesthetics to the open sea.

A Legacy of Collaboration

The partnership between Lamborghini and The Italian Sea Group dates back to 2021, when they first created a maritime equivalent of the Sián FKP 37. Nearly five years later, they return with this new yacht, whose sculpted exterior takes clear inspiration from the Fenomeno and whose helm station reflects the design cues of Lamborghini’s hybrid V8 concept, the Temerario.

Exterior Design and Aesthetic Influence

Rendered in the launch color Giallo Crius, the Tecnomar 101FT boasts an aggressive silhouette, with front and rear lighting that echo the Fenomeno’s distinctive style. Aerodynamic curves and highly functional design elements reinforce Lamborghini’s philosophy that every detail should serve both form and function.

Interior Inspired by Supercars

Inside, the yacht’s interior design draws heavily from Lamborghini’s automotive heritage: clean lines, the signature hexagon motif, and the “Y-shape” element recur throughout the space, with color, texture, and stitching that mirror those found in Lamborghini supercars and hypercars. The yacht is configured to accommodate eight to nine guests, along with three crew members, ensuring luxury and comfort even on extended voyages.

Power and Performance on the Sea
In performance terms, the Tecnomar 101FT is outfitted with three MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines coupled with three surface propellers, delivering a total output of 7,600 horsepower. It can reach a top speed of 45 knots and cruises smoothly at 35 knots, powered also by two 35 kW generators to maintain reliability and efficiency. Lamborghini asserts that piloting the yacht offers a sensory experience akin to driving one of its supercars, with tactile controls, ergonomic design, and intuitive navigation systems.

Looking Ahead to 2027
Set to be completed in full scale by late 2027, the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT represents what Lamborghini’s CEO, Stephan Winkelmann, describes as a natural extension of the brand’s ethos, combining the thrill of the racetrack with the freedom of the sea.
