Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis Integrates Maintenance Booking and Payment System into TNG eWallet

KUALA LUMPUR, 19 August 2026 — Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS) has partnered with TNG Digital Sdn Bhd to integrate vehicle maintenance booking and payment capabilities into the TNG eWallet application. The platform integration allows users to schedule servicing appointments and process digital payments across more than 50 TCEAS service centres nationwide.

Service Scope and Brand Coverage

The partnership introduces tiered maintenance options, including “Rahmah” service packages starting from RM109 for bookings made via the e-wallet platform. All scheduled servicing and repair work conducted under the programme includes a six-month warranty on parts and labour.

The service centres provide multi-brand maintenance coverage for several vehicle makes:

  • National Brands: Proton, Perodua
  • Japanese Brands: Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Subaru
  • Other Brands: Hyundai, Kia, among others

In-App Appointment and Payment Workflow

Users can book and pay for servicing sessions through the dedicated TCEAS mini-program within the TNG eWallet application via the following steps:

  1. Open the TNG eWallet mobile application.
  2. Enter “Tan Chong” into the search bar on the homepage.
  3. Access the Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Service (TCEAS) mini-program.
  4. Select the preferred maintenance or repair package.
  5. Choose the desired service outlet location, date, and appointment time.
  6. Complete payment processing via TNG eWallet.
  7. Receive appointment confirmation directly from the selected TCEAS service centre following transaction verification.

Kay Fock Soon, Head of Business Unit at Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis, stated that integrating booking and digital payment systems onto a third-party financial platform aims to expand customer accessibility to the company’s nationwide service network while providing structured pricing for multi-brand vehicle owners.
