The Peralta S, a one-of-a-kind Italian supercar, is set to make its first U.S. appearance at the Monterey Motorsports Festival on August 16. The bespoke creation by GFG Style was originally unveiled in Mexico and was commissioned by Mexican billionaire and collector Carlos Peralta. While the exterior is fully custom, the Peralta S retains the proven underpinnings of the Maserati MC20. It features the same 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged Nettuno V6 engine, pushing out 621 horsepower to the rear wheels through an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission. This ensures that the stunning visuals are backed by legitimate supercar performance credentials.
Wedge-Inspired Retro Styling
The design of the Peralta S takes inspiration from the 1972 Maserati Boomerang concept, a famed creation by Giorgetto Giugiaro. The new car showcases a dramatic wedge shape with polished aluminum body panels, carbon-fiber accents, and sharp geometric lines. One of its standout features is a single-piece canopy that opens forward, replacing traditional doors and giving the car a dramatic presence.
