Perodua Ativa Malaysia Day Campaign Offers Up to RM9,500 Cash Rebate – Entry Price Lowers to RM53,000 Through 31 October 2026

Perodua has introduced cash rebates of up to RM9,500 on the Ativa compact crossover under its nationwide Malaysia Day promotional campaign, reducing the entry price of the turbocharged A-segment SUV to RM53,000 through 31 October 2026.

  • Perodua rolls out Malaysia Day promotional discounts on the Ativa range, valid for vehicle bookings registered between mid-September and 31 October 2026.
  • The baseline Ativa X receives the highest discount with a RM9,500 cash rebate, lowering its retail price to RM53,000 on the road without insurance.
  • The mid-tier Ativa H and flagship Ativa AV receive cash rebates of RM5,500 and RM5,700 respectively, positioning the range between RM53,000 and RM67,700.

The temporary incentive represents the largest direct cash reduction applied to the Ativa nameplate since its market launch in March 2021. Built on the Daihatsu New Global Architecture (DNGA) platform, the Ativa remains the sole turbocharged offering in Perodua’s domestic vehicle catalogue.

The price structure is anchored by the base X variant, where the RM9,500 rebate reduces its sticker from RM62,500 down to RM53,000. The mid-spec H variant drops from RM67,300 to RM61,800 with its RM5,500 rebate, while the top-tier AV variant lowers from RM72,600 to RM66,900 via a RM5,700 rebate. Optional Special Metallic pearl finishes (Pearl Diamond White and Pearl Delima Red) incur a standard RM500 surcharge, while the two-tone black roof finish available exclusively on the AV commands an additional RM300 premium, yielding a promotional net price of RM67,700.

Mechanically, all variants are driven by the 1KR-VET 1.0-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine. The powertrain produces a peak output of 98 PS at 6,000 rpm and 140 Nm of torque across an operating band of 2,400 to 4,000 rpm. Output is transmitted exclusively to the front wheels through a Dual-mode Continuously Variable Transmission (D-CVT), which pairs belt-driven variable pulleys with planetary gear sets to optimize highway fuel efficiency and low-speed tractive acceleration.

Standard safety hardware across all three variants includes six SRS airbags, electronic stability control, and Perodua’s Advanced Safety Assist (ASA 3.0) suite, incorporating Pre-Collision Warning (PCW), Pre-Collision Braking (PCB / AEB), Front Departure Alert (FDA), and Pedal Misoperation Control (PMC). The mid-tier H model adds an Adaptive Driving Beam (ADB) Matrix LED headlamp array, front parking sensors, and a reverse camera. The flagship AV model incorporates full Level 2 semi-autonomous driving features, including Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Keep Control (LKC), Blind Spot Monitor (BSM), and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA).

The Malaysia Day promotional rebates are available at all authorised Perodua retail outlets nationwide through 31 October 2026, subject to vehicle allocation and registration timelines.
