PRO-NET and TVETMARA Certify 37 Level 2 EV Technicians

SUBANG JAYA, 11 August 2026 — PRO-NET has certified 37 Level 2 (L2) electric vehicle (EV) technicians across 25 authorized Proton e.MAS dealerships nationwide. Conducted in collaboration with TVETMARA, the certification programme assesses technical competencies required for high-voltage EV aftersales maintenance.

Training Structure and Assessment Standards

The e.MAS Technician Certification Programme evaluates technicians through practical and theoretical coursework:

  • Curriculum Requirements: Participants completed seven training modules covering high-voltage (HV) system safety, diagnostics, and component maintenance.
  • Independent Verification: Technical assessments were evaluated and verified by TVETMARA Masjid Tanah.
  • Progression Roadmap: PRO-NET plans to conduct annual training cohorts covering Level 2 (L2), Level 3 (L3), and Level 4 (L4) technical qualifications across its service network.
