The Aston Martin Valhalla marks a bold step into the electrified hypercar world. Featuring a mid-engine layout, its hybrid powertrain is built around a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 sourced from Mercedes-AMG, generating 816 hp on its own. This is paired with three electric motors—two on the front axle and one at the rear—adding up to 247 hp more. The combined system delivers nearly 1,064 hp, pushing the car from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds, with a top speed of around 350 km/h.
Lightweight Engineering with Carbon-Fibre Monocoque
At the heart of its structure is a lightweight carbon-fibre monocoque chassis, which keeps its dry weight just under 1,655 kg. The gearbox integrates one of the three electric motors for faster shifts and improved performance efficiency.
Driver-Focused Interior with Everyday Functionality
Inside, the Valhalla blends F1 flair with road-going comfort. Dihedral doors open into a cabin with a one-piece carbon-fibre steering wheel, raised footwells, and minimalist racing seats. Despite its hardcore performance DNA, it includes an infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, wireless phone charging, and a sound system, making it suitable for real-world driving.
Limited Production and Pricing
With production capped at just 999 units, the Valhalla will be a rare breed. Prices are estimated between $800,000 and £850,000, with deliveries expected to begin in the latter half of 2025. Positioned just below the Aston Martin Valkyrie, it is intended to offer extreme performance in a more manageable, road-legal package.
