iCAUR Malaysia Opens First 3S Centre in Kota Kinabalu

KUALA LUMPUR, 3 August 2026 — iCAUR Malaysia has expanded into East Malaysia with the opening of its first Sales, Service, and Spare Parts (3S) Centre in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Operated by dealer partner Universal Icar Sdn Bhd, the facility integrates vehicle sales, maintenance services, spare parts distribution, and customer support.

Facility Infrastructure and Features

The 1,170-square-metre facility provides sales and aftersales services equipped with the following infrastructure:

  • Showroom & Service Area: Display space for up to four vehicles, three dedicated service bays, and a vehicle delivery bay.
  • Charging Infrastructure: Two private electric vehicle (EV) charging bays.
  • Customer Amenities: A lounge area featuring Wi-Fi access, complimentary refreshments, and an interactive gaming area.

Network Footprint and Expansion Targets

The Kota Kinabalu facility brings iCAUR Malaysia’s network to 21 operational sales points. The company plans to reach 30 locations nationwide by the end of 2026, with Sarawak identified as the next area for expansion in East Malaysia.
