New facility reinforces BMW’s “Relax. We Care.” commitment to premium aftersales service and future-ready mobility solutions
Petaling Jaya, 9 June 2025 – BMW Group Malaysia, in partnership with Quill Automobiles, today unveiled its new Quill Body & Paint Centre, marking a significant milestone in the premium automaker’s aftersales excellence. Located strategically in Petaling Jaya’s business district, the cutting-edge facility is designed to deliver BMW-certified precision repairs, reinforcing the brand’s Relax. We Care. customer support promise.
Elevating the Premium Ownership Experience
The Relax. We Care. initiative integrates advanced services such as the BMW Service Promise, BMW Proactive Care, and BMW ConnectedDrive, offering customers real-time vehicle diagnostics, expert technical support, and seamless service scheduling via the My BMW App. Complementing these features is the BMW Service & Repair Inclusive (BSRI) programme, which provides up to 6 years of service coverage and an 8-year high-voltage battery warranty for electric vehicles, alongside 24/7 BMW Roadside Assistance.

Unmatched Repair Capabilities and Expertise
Spanning 15,625 square feet, the facility is equipped with:
- 10 dedicated repair bays
- 2 advanced spray booths
- 4 preparation bays for seamless workflow
- A specialised Mixing room for precision colour matching
- A Car-O-Liner frame alignment system for manufacturer-grade diagnostics
A team of 11 BMW-certified technicians employs the latest tools and technologies to deliver comprehensive services, including collision repair, paint restoration, wheel refurbishment, and windshield replacement. The centre is also future-ready, with infrastructure and training to handle electric vehicle repairs, including high-voltage battery systems and carbon fibre components.

Operating Hours and Location
The Quill Body & Paint Centre is open Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) and Saturday (8:30 AM – 1:00 PM), closed on Sundays and public holidays. It is located at Lot 12, Jalan 51A/241, Seksyen 51a, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
